6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Our website is hosted through Wix and may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for security, functionality, analytics and advertising.
These technologies may collect information about your device, browser, IP address and interactions with the website. We may use this information to understand website traffic, improve the site, measure advertising performance and show more relevant advertising.

7. How We Disclose Information
UK Calling does not sell, rent or share personal information or mailing lists with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Personal information may be processed by trusted service providers solely to help us operate our website and mailing list. For example, Wix processes information submitted through our website and forms, and our email service provider processes subscriber information to deliver emails on our behalf.
These service providers are permitted to process personal information only as necessary to provide services to UK Calling, subject to their agreements, privacy policies and applicable law.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process or a lawful government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of UK Calling, our subscribers or others.

Our website contains links to external ticketing platforms, venues, merchandise providers and other third-party websites.
When you follow an external link or purchase tickets from another provider, that provider collects and processes your information under its own privacy policy. UK Calling does not control the privacy, security or data-handling practices of external websites. We encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.
9. Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining consent and unsubscribe records and meeting legal or business requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or misuse.
No website, email service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
